Hopper basement window with energy efficient construction which will not warp, peel, or corrode. Trouble free, maintenance free operation and performance. Fusion welded frame and sash corners prevent water leakage. Interior tilt window that can be installed as a hopper, awning, or casement basement window. Features concealed hinges with adjustable friction guides and 2 lever handle sash locks which provide security. Double-contact weatherstrip creates a weather tight window. Integral 3/4 In. nail flange, 3/4 In. insulating glass, and fiberglass mesh full screen. Sashes are removable by unlocking hinges and tilting window out of opening. Limited lifetime warranty.
